Right now Rocky Knoll is hiring for the following positions: Certified Nursing Assistants, Environmental Services Worker I Part Time (housekeeping), Environmental Service Worker Limited Term Employee, Life Enrichment Assistant Part Time, Maintenance Limited Term Employee, Registered Nurse.

How is Rocky Knoll responding to these tough times? How are you innovating to adapt?

Rocky Knoll has done a great job preparing and responding to COVID-19. We have been able to keep our residents and staff safe. We are an essential department and during COVID-19 and we continue to provide quality care to the residents of Sheboygan County residing at Rocky Knoll. One of the ways we are being innovative is  offering three nurse aid training programs to add individuals to has our workforce. We have hired 4 new nurse aides in training and currently have 8 in our training program. We have transitioned to mobile doctor visits and are finding new ways to keep residents spirits up during this difficult time.

Why is Rocky Knoll a great place to work, and by extension, why is Sheboygan County a great location for starting a career?

Rocky Knoll is a five-star rated facility by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. This speaks to the quality of care that we provide the residents of Sheboygan County. The people at Rocky Knoll make it a great place to work. We are family and we have a lot of fun. In addition the wonderful Sheboygan County benefits, Rocky Knoll will be offering onsite daycare for employees at a discounted rate in the fall of 2020. Rocky Knoll also has some exciting renovations planned and is looking forward to have a cafe onsite for staff, residents, their families, and the community.
