Each week in Sheboygan County boasts new opportunities to enjoy life with family, friends, or just yourself. This week is no different, with more chances to take full advantage of this #SomeplaceBetter.

Sunday

Start gearing up for St. Patrick’s Day with a Make and Take Walk-In Event! Projects start at $15 and the doors are open from 9am-4pm located at Board & Brush . You can find out more here.

Then, enjoy a good stout with good brunch food, and hear the poetry of your neighbors at Poet’s Brunch & Contest event at 8th Street Ale Haus, from 11 to 1pm. Find out more about the menu, beer selections, and details here!

After that, head over to Étude between 1 and 5pm for Jams for Jackson. Through music and other talents, the school is hosting a fundraiser to help one of their own alumni, Jackson Kloes, in a difficult time – a worthy cause from a caring community. Monday

Protecting your personal information is important! Sheboygan County is always offering opportunities to learn and this Monday, come attend an Identity Theft Workshop at Generations in Plymouth from 11am-12pm to learn how to protect yourself. Find more details on what to expect here.

If you struggle with chronic pain, it can be difficult to find relief. Come enjoy a free dinner and learn about pain management at VFW Post 9156 at 6pm. See the details and speakers here.

A favorite part of Sheboygan County for its residents is its natural resources. Visit Maywood as a full moon rises to learn about “the mystique of maple sugaring.” Moonlight Maple Magic will be happening from 6:30-8pm. Get all the details here!

Tuesday

Women are making headway in the field of STEM – you are welcome to a panel discussion at UWGB Sheboygan Campus on Women in STEM, hosted by three incredible women of science from 11:45-12:30pm in Lakeside Hall. All details can be found here.

Wednesday

Join the uplifting fun from 12:30-1pm in Plymouth on any main road for Sunshine on the Street – a chance to bring positivity into the world! Still curious? Learn more about it here.

Two opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills happening this evening in Plymouth! 

Ukulele From Scratch is happening from 6-7pm at the PHS Library. Learn all the introductory tools you need to get started on this fun instrument. Details here.

Learn more about your sleep patterns and the importance of a good night’s sleep – do you know what happens in your mind and body while you slumber? Come to the PHS Ampitheatre from 6-7:30pm for the class, Sleep On It. Find the class fee and details here.

Thursday

The Theater for Young Audiences is putting on a fun, family-friendly musical version of the film Madagascar at 6pm at the John Michael Kohler Arts Center! Bring your little one for a colorful and exciting performance of a favorite Pixar movie. Details can be found here.
